Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoziFlow's automated review-request service ("Service"), operated by CoziFlow ("we," "us," "our"), based in Evansville, Indiana. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CoziFlow sends automated text messages and emails to your customers on your behalf, requesting that they leave a Google review after a completed job or service. The Service includes setup, ongoing message delivery, and a weekly performance report.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from your customers before submitting their phone number or email address to us, including clear disclosure that they will receive an automated text and/or email requesting a review, with instructions on how to opt out.
• Only submitting contact information for customers you have an existing business relationship with (i.e., customers you have actually performed a service for).
• The accuracy of the business information, review link, and contact details you provide.
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding customer communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

We reserve the right to suspend service to any account we reasonably believe is submitting contact information without proper consent, or is otherwise being used for unsolicited bulk messaging.

3. Fees and billing

The Service requires a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription fee, both billed through our payment processor (Stripe) at the time of signup. The monthly subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until canceled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; the setup fee and any already-billed monthly fees are non-refundable.

5. Message content and delivery

While we take reasonable steps to ensure messages are delivered, we do not guarantee delivery, open, or response rates, as these depend on factors outside our control (carrier filtering, customer behavior, email deliverability, and similar factors).

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoziFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost reviews, lost business, or third-party claims arising from your failure to obtain proper customer consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
