This Privacy Policy explains how CoziFlow ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our automated review-request service.

1. Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

• From our business clients: business name, contact email, billing information (processed by Stripe), and the Google review link for their business.
• From our clients' customers: name, phone number, and/or email address, submitted to us by our business clients for the sole purpose of sending a review-request message.

2. How we use this information

Customer contact information (name, phone, email) is used exclusively to send the automated text message and/or email sequence requesting a review, and to track whether that review link was clicked. We do not use this information for any other marketing purpose, and we do not sell this information to any third party.

3. Third-party service providers

We use the following third-party providers to operate the Service. Each processes a limited set of data solely to perform its function:

4. Data retention

Customer contact information is retained for as long as needed to complete the review-request sequence and to maintain accurate reporting for our business clients. Business clients may request deletion of their account's data at any time.

5. Opting out

Any customer who receives a text message from us can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Email recipients can request removal by replying to any message we send or contacting us directly.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we handle, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access-restricted credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a customer who received a message from us and would like your information deleted, or if you are a business client with questions about your data, contact us using the information below.
